Overview

• Off-shore dimension, board and panel products represent an increasing source of supply for our customers
• Have developed long term distribution agreement for 1,500 truckloads per year of European OSB
• Purchased an additional 1,000 trucks in the spot market
• Developed dimension and board suppliers that depend on Seaboard International to import 2,000 truck loads per year of their products from New Haven to Houston
