In a trader position, we are looking for an individual who will recognize a unique
opportunity, and seize it.  This person will begin as a sales trainee and quickly
graduate to a full time trading position.  Traders create markets for buyers and
sellers.  Commodity prices are very volatile, so the work atmosphere is ever-
